This data protection notice gives you an overview of how we process personal data. 

1. what is personal data (personal data)?

Personal data is all data and information relating to an identified or identifiable person. In connection with Internet presences, this includes, for example, e-mail addresses, but also the IP address.

fivetolife uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. 3. To whom is your personal data passed on?

We do not pass on any data to third parties. Exceptions are legal obligations as well as companies commissioned by us, which provide a service requested by you for us. These companies are bound to secrecy and to our data protection declaration. 

4. Where and for how long is personal data kept?

We store your data in a protected and secure operating environment in a computer centre in Liechtenstein. Access is restricted, sensitive data is transmitted in encrypted form and our employees are regularly trained in data protection.

We only store the data you enter for as long as we need it for the intended purpose; it is then automatically deleted.

5. What rights do you have?

You have the right at any time to request information about the data processed on your person as well as its correction or deletion. In addition, you have the right to object (in part) to the processing of the data concerning you or to revoke your consent and to have it blocked from being passed on to third parties.

8. Handling address lists for the newsletter (electronic Christmas card)

The address lists contain only the most necessary information to process the dispatch via the newsletter tool. These address lists are stored, but not passed on. After the Christmas campaign, the address data will be deleted unsolicited.
